Developing good habits: sport Yoga
Hello, Today I would like to share with you the sport I have been doing for the past three weeks and the app (not free) that teatched me and is helping to track my consistency and progress. I am sorry if you are used to go to blogs and get a list with 5/10 best free apps... Here I share things that realy works for me. I did got some apps and this one was the one that truly worked for me. Why Yoga? My five reasons: 1. I feel like I do not adapt to fast paced exercises and in Yoga you can do it in your own pace ; 2. There is something about 8 types of Yoga metodologies , so you can chose the one you adapt the most; 3. Helps developing focus, equilibrium, elasticity, strenght, mindfulness and discipline - with three weeks (using the begginer mode), I already feel my back pains better, a little increase in my elasticity and in my willpower; 4.
